Head of Finance & Operations - Start Up VC fund

In this role you will lead the U.S. finance and operations for a fast-growing private markets platform, partnering with senior leadership to build the infrastructure from the ground up. You will oversee core finance activities and daily operations while supporting fund launches and platform expansion. You will design scalable processes, controls, and workflows and coordinate with external providers, including fund administrators, legal, compliance, and accounting teams.
